You may know the new IT terms:
  1. SaaS (Software as a Service): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_as_a_service
  2. PaaS (Platform as a Service): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Platform_as_a_service
  3. IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and cloud: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cloud_computing and grid computing and similar terms.
Try to Google:

?aaS.

You get too many hits, so instead, I randomly tried RaaS (Robot as a Service): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raas Yes, I am earnest. Today I learned a new term. So where do the IT industry go? So don't forget to use an unpredictable long and strong password for everything you put in the cloud. Use a mix of letters, numbers and other characters at least 15 characters long.

Regarding cloud storage security, there has while these words are written in june 2011 been a lot of bad stories on the internet and in the media about credit card numbers etc that have been stolen. Sot the message is: Never put sensitive data in the cloud.
